
Tessa Jowell was guest speaker during Keep Britain Tidy's annual environment meeting at the House of Commons.

She spoke about the environmental legacy of the 2012 games. MPs, Keep Britain Tidy members and Capital Standards were in attendance for the Local Environmental Quality All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) reception.
Discussions revolved around "Golden Neighbourhoods" and how local environmental quality is a vital ingredient to making sure the games are a success.
Wigan MP Neil Turner hosted the event which also saw an address from Lord Hunt - Minister for Sustainable Development and Energy Innovation.
